BACKGROUND CHECK
ABOUT THE SHIP
The Norwegian Bliss, the third ship in the Breakaway Plus class, is stationed seasonally in Seattle and offers cruises to Alaska, the fascinating “Last Frontier”. In addition to the breathtaking Alaskan wilderness, this impressive megaship also offers trips to the Caribbean. American artist Robert Wyland, known for his works depicting the underwater world, was hired to design the striking hull painting. In keeping with the theme “Cruising with the Whales”, the design shows a humpback whale – a symbolic motif for the beauty and uniqueness of Alaska.
On deck 15, the spectacular observation lounge and bar invites guests to enjoy the diverse landscape through an impressive 180-degree panoramic view. With a variety of first-class restaurants and versatile entertainment, Norwegian Bliss ensures that there is no chance of getting bored.
THE VOICE
BETWEEN WELLNESS AND ADRENALINE
For the more adventurous, the ship offers highlights such as a two-storey go-kart track that challenges adrenaline fans, and exciting laser tag missions. The Aqua Park offers thrilling water slides, including the Ocean Loops, which extends spectacularly over the ship’s side. A separate children’s area, a pool and a hot tub complete the wide range of leisure activities and make the Norwegian Bliss an experience for guests of all ages.
